Updated information on our research group activities (research grants, publications, presentations, collaboration, etc.)

New gallery – more than 150 new photographs have been added. These photos (annotated) recorded various events in the past two years and various personalities (contributions are welcome from our alumni).

Lecture notes/modules, including Power Point presentation from the courses I teach [Food Ingredients, Physical Properties of Foods, Chemistry and Technology of Local Primary Products (fats and oils & starch), Food Processing and Preservation, etc.]. These materials can be freely download and used as references by the students or as a teaching materials (contributions are welcome from my fellow colleagues – let’s share the knowledge..).
