All participations are to be registered online. This online registration form can be obtained from our website at http://www.usm.my/nric.
Only those who are registered and have paid the deposit are allowed to take part in the event.
First, click register on the index page to create an account. Then, login with your account and password. Next, fill in the details in the registration form. Then, click update. Your details would then be registered into our database. Do send us an email, to confirm your registration.
The registration forms should be received by 5th May 2008.
Registered NRIC participants are entitled to the following:
Free attendance.
A set of NRIC materials including souvenirs and a book of abstracts.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper during their stay.
Free participation at workshops.
Conducted visits to sponsor companies.
Registration fee
The registration fee for each entry is RM1000. This fee comprises the participation fee and payment for the booth, meals, accommodation and sponsored visit.
For the participants from ASEAN countries, the fee required is 350 USD.
All payment must be made via purchase order only. Payment in any other forms will not be accepted.
For the participants from ASEAN countries, the payment must be made via bank check only.
The registration fee should be paid by respective university before 3rd May 2008.
Time Schedule For NRIC Programmes
* A detailed schedule will be uploaded onto this website two weeks prior to the event.
The abstract for each project should be in English.
The syntax and grammar of published abstract entries is responsibility of respective participant.
Participants can also hand-in any related pictures together with a softcopy of the abstract to nric@usm.my (Subject: Registration abstract).
