Topics will be covered
Benefits of Six-Sigma and Lean Six-Sigma; Understanding of DMAIC; ; Tools of DMADV; 7-QC tools; Sample Size Determination & Sampling Methods; Data Analysis using Statistical Techniques; Statistical Software Applications; and Project Discussion and evaluation. 
Core Values of the Program: Ensuring client satisfaction; Optimizing Customers Complaints; Enhancing volume and Sales Growth; Modeling for Arrival & Service patterns of Jobs; Sampling Inspection Plan and new data capturing plans; and System Study.

Who Will Benefit? 
 Policy Decision Makers, Vice Presidents, Data Analysts, QCC Facilitators, Executives, Section Heads, Supervisors and Team Operators.

 A batch of participants from one industry may also be preferred in order to solve the internal existing six-sigma projects.

Fee: RM1200 per participant - fees include infrastructure, consultancy charges, project discussions, course 
materials, course certificate, floor assignments and evaluation.

Associate Professor K. Jeyaraman 
He has been providing an extensive training for the executives of IT; Banking; BPO & KPO call centers; Manufacturing Industries for six-sigma Green Belt and Black Belt projects. He has also been an active member of the quality planning and assurance teams and has worked with clients like Ford, Airtel, Lason, Careers India, Prumatec, Office Tiger, Astron and Cadensworth among others.
