Who Should Attend:
Engineers, practitioners, quality controllers and those using SPC or about to consider SPC who are lacking in knowledge, direction and experience; and who therefore need appropriate and timely information to decide upon or to improve on their SPC application in their manufacturing facilities.
Course Objectives
Understand the important role of statistics and its concepts in SPC.
Understand the effects of natural and unnatural variations on processes and know how to make appropriate decisions.
Construct and implement control charts correctly for process monitoring.
Perform process capability studies effectively.
