Who Should Attend:

Engineers, practitioners, quality controllers and those using SPC or about to consider SPC who are lacking in knowledge, direction and experience; and who therefore need appropriate and timely information to decide upon or to improve on their SPC application in their manufacturing facilities.

Course Objectives

 Understand the important role of statistics and its concepts in SPC.
 Understand the effects of natural and unnatural variations on processes and know how to make appropriate decisions.
 Construct and implement control charts correctly for process monitoring.
 Perform process capability studies effectively.
 Interpret the output of statistical process control methods accurately.
