First Day: Talk by Kamal Affandi

Second Day: Tire Checking presented by Goodyear or Continental

	We would like to invite Goodyear Malaysia (potential sponsor) to deliver some effective ways in reducing road accident to our target audience. The events will emphasize on the importance of tire in prevent road accident.
	There will be a talk on the “20-sen coin tire thread check” and “The 10 points check”. “20-sen coin tire thread check” is a simple way to help drives to check on their vehicle’s tire thread depth using 20-sen coin. Besides that, a demonstration will be conducts to gives a better explanation to our target audience. Whereas, “The 10 points check” is 10 general conditions that drives might have to focus in their daily use of vehicle. These 10 common conditions is checks on tire pressure and wear; power steering fluid; air filter; spark plugs; engine oil; transmission fluid’ radiator/coolant; brake pads and fluid’ battery terminal connection and water; and fan/air-con belts. 	A free tires checking session for all drivers and motorcyclists in USM. A demonstration of tires changing will be shown to educate drivers a safe and better way of tires changing.

 

 

Exhibition

	Exhibition will be held from the first day to last day of workshop.
	Exhibition on accidents in order to increase the awareness of students on the effect of careless and deviant driving.
	Exhibit information on the importance of abiding the laws and regulations on road. We hope that can get cooperation and all the information pictures, news, press release and etc on accidents from JKJR.
	During exhibition, quiz regarding road safety behavior will be conducted. Prizes, bookmarks and calendars which contain the notice on road safety will be given out to all participants.
