1. How do one enter this competition?

- On-line registration is available through this website.
- Please make sure that a nomination list of the participating teams (with an e-mail address for each team) has been send to nric@usm.my by the respectiveuniversity.
- Once you have sent us the application form, please contact us through e- mail, nric@usm.my for confirmation.
- However, deadline for registration will be on the 9th of May 2008.


2. Who can enter this competition?
 - It is open to all under-graduate students only.
- Students who are interested can contact their institutions about the enrolment requirement from each institution.


3.  What is the maximum number of participation allowed from each university? 
  - The participation team allowed from each university is maximum fifteen.

 4. How to hand-in the payment? 

- Payment can be made prefereably by
* Cheque
or
* purchase order
- Recipient can be address as:
Bendahari USM ( NRIC )
Universiti Sains Malaysia,
11800 Minden, 
Penang
* cash is not excepted
- Please bring the cheque on the registration day (19th May 2008) or you may post the cheque to us, using the aforementioned address.
- The registration fee for each entry is RM1000.
- A deposit payment of RM 500 is allowed upon registration. However, full payment is encouraged after application is confirmed.
- The full payment of registration fee should be paid by respective university on the registration day, which falls on the 19th of May.

5. Where will be the accommodation for contestants?  
Accommodation for NRIC participants will be provided at the following hostels:

  • Restu*
  • Tekun*

Each hostel will allocate rooms that can accommodate 2 individuals per room.
*Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may necessitate alterations to accommodation arrangements. 
Participants will be notified of any changes pertaining to the place and terms of accommodation.

6. Where will NRIC be held? 
   - NRIC will be held at Dewan Utama Pelajar, located at USM Main Campus, Penang, Malaysia.

7. When is the contest being held?
 - The competition will be held during 20-22 May 2008, as stated on the main webpage. The contest will be held for three days. However, registration is open a day earlier to enable you to set up or decorate your booth. Registration time and date and check out time and date will be updated on our web site.
