Transportation will be provided for participants who will be arriving at the Penang International Airport on the 17th June 2008.

There will be two 'pick up' trips from the airport, the first one at 12:00 p.m. in the afternoon and the second pick up will be at 5:00 p.m.

During the conference, transportation will be provided to participants who are planning to stay at  

• University Hostel,

• University Guest House,

• Vistana Hotel,

• Equatorial Hotel,

• Krystal Suite and B-Suite.

On the 17th June 2008, registration and hostel check in will be held at the Universiti Sains Malaysia Desasiswa Tekun Main Office.
