Chemical studies of Mangifera fruits with particular reference to aroma constituents.
Aroma of gula melaka - the identification of aroma compounds and their precursors, and model studies of the processes giving rise to these aroma compounds.
Studies on the volatiles of durian (Durio zibethinus Murr.) fruit as related to cultivars and storage.
Phytochemical studies on Muntingia calabura L., a common roadside tree in Malaysia.
