Make-Up

There are no specific requirements or conditions for the make-up of the actors except the Peran and the giants or the genies. Make-up depends on the creativity and needs of the theatrical troupe.

Note: The concept of the Peran today has been associated by the modern troupe as persona close to a western notion of a clown. However, the Peran is supposed to personify a role which is quite similar to a western court gesture and other multiple roles with varying responsibility such as an advisor, a wise companion and a caretaker.
