PPSF Postgraduate Program:

The school of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Science Malaysia was established in 1972, as the first institution offering pharmacy education in Malaysia. From its inception, the school has always been fully committed to strive for the highest standards in teaching and research. Today it can boast of modern and well-equipped facilities for its academic pursuits.

In addition to undergraduate teaching, the school also offers postgraduate studies by research leading to M. Sc./Ph. D degrees and by coursework leading to an Master of Pharmacy degree in Clinical Pharmacy.

The postgraduate program has attracted many foreign students including those from Indonesia, Thailand, Pakistan, and as far as Jordan, Libya and Ghana. while teaching was emphasized in the early years, research is now very much a culture of the school. Over the last decade, research activities have increased by leaps and bound, some in close collaboration with local research institutions, others with foreign universities.
