Abstract and Paper Submission Information
 
Abstract
Papers are invited on the topics outlined and others falling within the scope of the meeting. Abstract must be written in English not exceeding 300 words. Abstracts should clearly state the purpose, results and conclusions of the work to be described in the final paper.
We strongly encourage the submission of abstracts electronically, by clicking on the 'Submit an Abstract' button. If you prefer, abstracts can be sent by email to: “uaic2012@usm.my”. Please include your name, full address and conference topic on all submissions.
Submitted abstracts / papers will be double blind peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance the conference, contributions, and readability. Selected papers will be published in our ISBN conference proceedings which are to be indexed by ISI Thomson. Best papers will be invited to publish in our highly reputable refereed international journal.
 
Final Paper
Final paper must be written in English between 2000 – 6000 words using Times New Roman font with size 12, double spacing. References are to use the Harvard referencing style. Papers must not have been presented, accepted or published elsewhere. Papers more than 6000 words will not be considered for publication in the conference proceeding.
All papers are submitted to review process. Authors are reminded to follow the format of the paper or risk the paper not being published in the proceeding.

Presenters may present papers without having their papers published in conference proceeding
 
Late Paper Submission
 
Papers may still be accepted for oral presentation shortly before the conference takes place. It may not however, always be possible to include late papers in the Conference Proceedings.
