Criteria

CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION

  1. Only final year undergraduate students can participate in this competition.
  2. The participants should be pursuing their first degree only.
  3. Every university is responsible in selecting the best research project to be submitted for the competition.
  4. The project can be in the form of a finished product, publication or a theoretical construct.
  5. This competition is open to either individuals or groups (maximum 3 participants)
  6. The maximum number of entries from each university should not exceed 15 projects.

ADJUDICATION

  1. The students will be directly involved in the presentation of their research
  2. Projects during the exhibition period. Adjudication will be conducted from the 15-17 of August 2017.
  3. All decisions made by the adjudicators are final and cannot be subjected to appeal.
  4. The panel of adjudicators, chosen from universities and industries will be appointed by USM.
